Vortex Generators on FK14 Le Mans No VGs on the wing: even before reaching stall speed the aircraft is loosing aileron control. VGs installed only on the outer wing, in front of the aileron: the aircraft remains controllable down to stall speed. VGs installed over the whole wing: The stall is abrupt and the aircraft is uncontrollable. WARNING: Do not install VGs over the whole wing !!! Ohne VGs ist das Flugzeug im Stall nicht mehr steuerbar, da die Querruder ihre Wirkung verlieren. Mit VGs nur auf dem äusseren Flügelteil (vor den Querrudern) bleiben die Querruder auch im Stall noch wirksam. Das Flugzug bleibt dadurch im Stall steuerbar. Mit VGs über den ganzen Flügel montiert, tritt der Stall extrem abrupt über den ganzen Flügel ein. Das Flugzeug ist dadurch nicht mehr kontrollierbar. WARNUNG: VGs über den ganzen Flügel montiert sind deshalb nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!
